A Feel the Flow family trip to the Cristallo 3-star hotel in Andalo —a place created for families with children, with a location dreamed of by winter sports enthusiasts. The hotel is directly opposite the Paganella lifts —you literally step out the door and you're on the slopes. Toddlers and juniors hop on their skis during training sessions , participate in on-slope activities, and spend afternoons at the hotel, while parents finally have time for themselves . In the evenings, we gather together again for dinner, conversation, and laughter.

Paganella is a mountain massif above the charming town of Andalo in Trentino. It doesn't boast record-breaking kilometers of slopes or glaciers—and that's fine by me. Instead, it boasts a compact, well-organized ski area, stunning views of the UNESCO-listed Brenta Group, and an atmosphere that keeps families coming back year after year. In Andalo, life revolves around skiing—hotels, restaurants, and rental shops are steps from the lifts, and after skiing, everything awaits you on site: from a pizzeria to an ice rink and a water park.
The Paganella Ski Area offers approximately 50 km of slopes at an altitude of 1,000–2,125 m above sea level. The blue slopes—wide and safe—are ideal for children and beginners, and there are ski schools and learning zones at the lower stations. Red slopes make up the majority of the offerings: parents can enjoy some serious skiing while the younger ones master their turns lower down. The black slopes in the upper part of the massif have character—steep, open slopes and a view of the Brenta Dolomites that is breathtaking even during the descent.
The summit of Paganella (2125 m) is worth a trip with the whole family: the panorama of the Brenta Group on one side and Lake Molveno on the other is one of the most beautiful views in Trentino – and a ready-made photo as a souvenir from the trip.

Paganella is a perfect choice for mixed groups—ones where advanced skiers ski side by side with those taking their first steps on the slopes. The area is compact, with lifts located close together, so everyone can ski at their own pace, and in the afternoon, everyone easily meets in one place—no complicated logistics, no waiting. It's also one of the best areas for families with children: Andalo has consistently invested in family-friendly infrastructure for years, and this is evident everywhere—both on and off the slopes.

The 3-star Hotel Cristallo in Andalo is a place steeped in history. The tradition of Trentino hospitality combined with contemporary comforts makes you feel right at home.
After a day on the slopes, a 450 m² wellness area awaits you. There are three pools available: a children's pool with a slide, a family pool with loungers, and an adults-only outdoor pool with hot water and panoramic views of the Dolomites. A swimsuit, swimming cap, bathrobe, and flip-flops are required in the pool area. These accessories, except swimsuits, can be rented for a small fee.
The spa area offers a complete package: a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, herbal cabin, ice cascade, and aromatherapy showers. For those who want more, there's a beauty salon with massages, facial and body treatments, and rituals.
The hotel boasts a restaurant with panoramic views of the Brenta Dolomites, serving Trentino, Italian, and international cuisine—and it's even been featured in the Michelin Guide. Not bad for a base for exploring the Alps.

Rental
Don't have your own skis or snowboard? No problem. You can rent high-quality equipment from us at a very affordable price. Maximum comfort and convenience – you don't have to waste time and bother with searching, transporting, picking up, and returning your equipment to the rental shop. When booking your trip, select the skis or snowboard option in the form, and you can pick up your equipment on site. We have a service center, so our skis and snowboards are always perfectly prepared to tackle the Alpine slopes.
The rental includes skis with bindings and poles/board with bindings. We do not rent shoes!!!

Insurance
Insurance - mandatory supplement
Every FTF participant is covered by mandatory insurance (medical and personal accident insurance). However, we recommend extending coverage, as insurance covering rescue costs is required on the slopes in the Alps. The European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) does not cover all expenses, and mountain rescues can be very expensive. Below are the available insurance options.
In the event of damage, you must contact the UNIQA Emergency Center before going to a medical facility. Travel documents and emergency center contact information are sent to you a few days before departure.
We also encourage you to select Cancellation Insurance during the booking process. The cost of this insurance depends on the total price of your trip, so it's indicated in the final step of your booking after selecting all the components. (Note: Insurance does not cover ski passes for events where it's not automatically included in the price.)

We make every effort to make the booking process as easy as possible for you. To make booking the perfect trip as easy as possible, we've created our own, very simple and short reservation form. After completing it, you can quickly and securely confirm your request with a payment via fast online transfer, credit card, traditional transfer, or Dot Pay installments. We strive to ensure the number of places and apartment availability are always up to date. However, sometimes, especially when booking during the peak fall/winter season, we must first confirm your reservation with our contractor, in which case we will contact you directly (usually within 48 hours).

First and foremost, the nature of the trip . This is the most important element that influences subsequent satisfaction with the trip.
Camps are trips focused on team-building, shared activities, and après-ski life. They are primarily intended for adults and those who want to actively spend time with other participants.
Family trips are designed for families with children and those seeking a more peaceful getaway. These aren't party trips, although our parents still have time for après-ski.
It is also worth paying attention to issues such as:
distance from the ski lifts,
number of kilometers of ski slopes,
standard and equipment of the facility,
type of food,
date and level of advancement of participants.

Our trips are designed for everyone, regardless of skill level! Those who don't know how to ride can sign up for a trip with a training package and on-site equipment rental. The wide Alpine slopes are the perfect place to take your first steps on a snowboard or ski. Those who can ride can hone their skills in group or individual training. We'll teach you the basics, and if you'd like, we'll also teach you how to jump in the snow park!
Sure! Select the Camps category and choose to stay in apartments. We don't offer accommodation in hotel rooms, which are typically double rooms, often with a double bed, or in 3/4-star TOP-class residences, where many beds are double beds.
On our trips, you'll meet people from day one, with whom you'll form a harmonious group and experience the adventure of a lifetime. This is facilitated by team-building games, shared events, training sessions, and skiing. We look forward to seeing you!

When booking together, please select the same departure city. However, if you wish to stay together but travel from different cities, we make exceptions. Please let us know after booking. However, please note that in this case, you may be placed on different buses.
All our participants on winter trips are covered by our insurance policy. This is a requirement for traveling with us. This is dictated directly by the Tourist Services Act, which stipulates that tourists must be properly insured. Therefore, for ski trips, such insurance is essential. During the registration process, we do not verify other policies of our participants, either in terms of content, rates, or whether the policy will be valid for the entire duration of the trip.
Our offers include accommodations with a full Basic apartment. You can almost always improve your stay by choosing to stay with fewer people. To check prices, simply click the "Book -> Group Booking" button, and you'll see a full list of available options. We recommend booking the entire apartment, thus guaranteeing your specific apartment in advance. Please note that the participant's details must be accurate. If you provide false information, the prepayment will be required for all guests, and the person who actually goes on the trip will not be eligible for the "Earlier Cheaper" promotion. If you don't know who or how many people you want to travel with, you can always book individual accommodations (adults only). However, remember that once the apartment is fully booked, you will be able to choose from the currently available apartments.
