He knows the Alps better than the back of his hand, so he always has an ace up his sleeve when it comes to the best spots. He has more ideas than time in his calendar—it's hard to keep up with him, even in sixth gear.

Officially, she's the Polish Downhill Champion, unofficially, the kind of person you can't catch, either in the office or on the course. If you see a skier with a dog in her backpack, it's her with Chałka on her back.

The brains behind the operation and the king of the tables. He's the one who takes care of everything from A to Z: transportation, accommodations, logistics, and the comfort of participants. Thanks to him, trips are organized, comfortable, and stress-free. He's the man who sees a plan in the chaos and makes everything run better than a Swiss watch.
